腊尔山台地是武陵山地区的苗民聚居区及湖南省扶贫开发的主战场，其贫困现状及扶贫方略是多方关注的焦点。本文通过实地走访调查，从自然、交通、经济、教育、科技、文化及政策认知七个方面揭示了腊尔山贫困的现状，分析了腊尔山贫困的原因，并在此基础上提出了相应的贫困解决方略。
臘爾山檯地是武陵山地區的苗民聚居區及湖南省扶貧開髮的主戰場，其貧睏現狀及扶貧方略是多方關註的焦點。本文通過實地走訪調查，從自然、交通、經濟、教育、科技、文化及政策認知七箇方麵揭示瞭臘爾山貧睏的現狀，分析瞭臘爾山貧睏的原因，併在此基礎上提齣瞭相應的貧睏解決方略。
석이산태지시무릉산지구적묘민취거구급호남성부빈개발적주전장，기빈곤현상급부빈방략시다방관주적초점。본문통과실지주방조사，종자연、교통、경제、교육、과기、문화급정책인지칠개방면게시료석이산빈곤적현상，분석료석이산빈곤적원인，병재차기출상제출료상응적빈곤해결방략。
The Laer Platform is the residential area of the Miao in Wuling Mountain and the main battlefield for poverty alleviation and development in Hunan.Its status quo of poverty and poverty reduction strategy is the focus of attention from different sides.Through field investigations,the present paper reveals the current poverty situation in the Laer Platform in seven aspects:nature,transportation,economy,education,science and tech-nology,culture and policy cognition,analyzes the causes of poverty in that area,and proposes the appropriate strategy to alleviate poverty on the basis of that situation.
