运用文献资料、数理统计、录像分析等方法对2014年全国艺术体操个人冠军赛个人全能前8名运动员4项器械，共32套成套动作的完成质量进行深层剖析。结果表明：新规则强调艺术和技术共筑于完成评分结构，艺术决定成套动作完成的起评分，技术决定成套动作完成的质量。新规则实施后，完成质量仍然是我国选手的一大缺憾，技术的规格是影响难度价值获取的根结；艺术的低质化、技术的高失误是影响成套动作完成质量的两大根源。彰显编排与完成的艺术化、提高技术完成的规格化、保证艺术与技术交织融合的完美化是共同提升成套动作完成质量的有效路径。

By using methods of literature, mathematical statistics and video analysis, this article makes deep analysis of the execution standard of the 32 routines which were performed by the top eight athletes in individual all-around items of rhythmic gymnastics of 2014 National Individual Championship. Result shows that: the new rules emphasize art and technology built in the execution scoring structure. Art decides the starting value of complete, while technology determines the execution standard. Execution standard is a major shortcoming of Chinese athletes after implemented the new rules. The standard of technology is a root knot affecting to obtain the difficulty value;low-quality of art and the high error of the technology are the two roots affecting the execution standard of routines. Highlighting the artistic of layout and complete , improving technical standardization, ensuring the beautification combine of art and technology are effective paths to promote the execution standard of the routine moves.
