海德格尔在“晚期三天讨论班纪要”中明确指出马克思的思想是“形而上学之极致”。文章试从马克思存在论思想的变革过程来论证海德格尔这个论断的虚假性，并解析海德格尔作如此论断的缘由。文章认为，马克思的存在论思想是对传统形而上学本体论的一种超越，是“感性的历史存在论”。

Heidegger said Marx’ theory is the “extreme of metaphysics” in the “Minutes of the Three-day Classes”.By introducing the development of Marx’ existence theory,Heideg-ger’ s mistakes are pointed out in this paper.The reason why he made this argument is also in-vestigated.It is believed that Marx theory has surpassed the traditional ontological idea of meta-physics and it is“a perceptual ontology of history”.
