目的：探讨关节镜下MeniscalFastener 缝合修复半月板体部纵行撕裂的疗效情况。方法分析42例半月板损伤患者临床资料，采用关节镜下MeniscalFastener缝合修复半月板体部纵行撕裂。结果半月板体部纵行撕裂患者术后Lysholm评分和Tegner运动评分明显优于术前，P＜0.05，差异均有统计学意义。结论关节镜下MeniscalFastener缝合修复半月板体部纵行撕裂临床效果明显，预后功能恢复良好，值得临床推广应用。

목적：탐토관절경하MeniscalFastener 봉합수복반월판체부종행시렬적료효정황。방법분석42례반월판손상환자림상자료，채용관절경하MeniscalFastener봉합수복반월판체부종행시렬。결과반월판체부종행시렬환자술후Lysholm평분화Tegner운동평분명현우우술전，P＜0.05，차이균유통계학의의。결론관절경하MeniscalFastener봉합수복반월판체부종행시렬림상효과명현，예후공능회복량호，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To approach curative effect detection of longitudinal tear meniscus body by MeniscalFastener injury arthroscopy meniscus repair in arthroscopy.Methods To analyze 42 cases clinicaldata of longitudinal tear menis-cus body in our hospital from 2011.2 to 2014.7 ,longitudinal tear meniscus body was repaired by MeniscalFastener injury arthroscopy meniscus repair in arthroscopy.Results The Lysholm score and Tegner sports scores of longitudinal tear meniscus body before operation was better than after operation , P <0.05 , the difference were statistical significance.Conclusions The clinical result of longitudinal tear meniscus body by MeniscalFastener injury arthroscopy meniscus re -pair in arthroscopy is obviously ,prognostic features is good ,which is to be used.
