主体间性是指以个人主体性为基础,强调主体间平等、理解、对话、交流的和谐关系,把思想政治教育看作是存在于教育者与受教育者之间的人性化、科学化、合理化的交往活动。在不淡化教育功能的前提下,突出平等交流、互相理解的特质。主体间性思想政治教育对高校思想政治教育的启示是坚持以人为本、面向学生生活、注重语言交流的艺术性、发挥好价值引导作用等。高校思想政治教育工作的目的必须建立在全面遵循国家整体教育方针的基础上,涵盖学生的思想、学习、生活等各个方面,一方面要引导学生抵制社会上不良思想的侵害,另一方面要为学生生活和学习营造良好的氛围,通过反面抵制和正面引导,使学生得到全面发展,为社会主义现代化建设培养合格人才。

Based on individual subjectivity,the intersubjectivity puts great emphasis on the equality,understanding,dialogue,communication and harmonious relationships between princi-pals.It views the ideological and political education as interaction activities between educators and the educated.Thus, the theory of the subjectivity is ideological and political education which is humane,scientific and rational.The enlightenment of ideological and political educa-tion between the main body for college ideological and political education can be manifested in the adherence to people first,the confrontation with students’ s life,focusing on the arts of lan-guage exchange and exercising the guiding role of values.In the process of education ideological and political education workers shoulder solemn responsibilities:they must be in full compliance with national education policy;besides,they also bear full responsibility for students’ life,study and thought and help them to resist the adverse impacts from society;it is also educators’ duty to create an inspiring class atmosphere.Only in this way can educators make students get all-round development and cultivate qualified graduates for the socialist modernization construction.
