目的：分析颌间固定患者不同口腔护理方法的优缺点，探讨最适合患者的口腔护理方法。方法将80例颌间固定患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。观察组采用口腔冲洗法，对照组采用口腔擦洗。比较两组口腔护理后口腔效果、患者舒适度和护理工作量。结果两种口腔护理方法都能有效的预防口腔感染，保持口腔清洁，观察组在口腔护理操作所需时间明显少于对照组（P＜0．01），但照组在口腔护理过程中患者舒适度方面明显高于观察组（ P＜0．05）。结论口腔擦洗法和含漱法的有效结合既保证了口腔清洁，提高患者的满意度，又提高了工作效率，值得在临床进一步推广。
목적：분석합간고정환자불동구강호리방법적우결점，탐토최괄합환자적구강호리방법。방법장80례합간고정환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각40례。관찰조채용구강충세법，대조조채용구강찰세。비교량조구강호리후구강효과、환자서괄도화호리공작량。결과량충구강호리방법도능유효적예방구강감염，보지구강청길，관찰조재구강호리조작소수시간명현소우대조조（P＜0．01），단조조재구강호리과정중환자서괄도방면명현고우관찰조（ P＜0．05）。결론구강찰세법화함수법적유효결합기보증료구강청길，제고환자적만의도，우제고료공작효솔，치득재림상진일보추엄。
Objective To analysis the advantages and disadvantages of different methods oral care patients with fixed between the jaw , to explore the most suitable for patients with oral cavity nursing methods .Methods 80 patients with fixed between the jaw were randomly divided into control group and observation group 40 cases in each .Oral rinse method is used to observation group , control group with oral swab .Compare two groups of patients with oral cavity effect after oral care, comfort and nursing workload .Results Two methods of oral care can effectively prevent oral cavity infection , keep the mouth clean , in the time needed for oral care operation observation group was obviously less than control group ( P<0.01), but according to group was significantly higher in patients'comfort in the process of oral care group (P<0.05). Conclusions Combining the mouth swab method and contain gargle method not only ensure the oral cavity clean , im-prove patient satisfaction , and improve the working efficiency , is worth popularizing in clinical further .
