目的:综合分析难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者食物不耐受情况,为指定个体化饮食方案提供依据。方法采用美国BIO-MERICA公司生产的食物过敏原检测试剂盒,用酶联免疫方法(ELISA)检测血清中以14种食物为过敏原产生的特异性免疫球蛋白G(IgG)抗体水平,对获得资料进行综合分析。结果42例难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者食物不耐受阳性率为78.57%(33/42),排在前三位的不耐受食物依次为:牛奶/羊奶(35.71%),蛋清/蛋黄(28.57%),蟹(23.81%)。结论难治性溃疡性结肠炎患者食物不耐受发生率较高,且与性别、年龄、营养等多种因素有关,在为患者制定饮食方案时应个体化综合考虑。
目的:綜閤分析難治性潰瘍性結腸炎患者食物不耐受情況,為指定箇體化飲食方案提供依據。方法採用美國BIO-MERICA公司生產的食物過敏原檢測試劑盒,用酶聯免疫方法(ELISA)檢測血清中以14種食物為過敏原產生的特異性免疫毬蛋白G(IgG)抗體水平,對穫得資料進行綜閤分析。結果42例難治性潰瘍性結腸炎患者食物不耐受暘性率為78.57%(33/42),排在前三位的不耐受食物依次為:牛奶/羊奶(35.71%),蛋清/蛋黃(28.57%),蟹(23.81%)。結論難治性潰瘍性結腸炎患者食物不耐受髮生率較高,且與性彆、年齡、營養等多種因素有關,在為患者製定飲食方案時應箇體化綜閤攷慮。
목적:종합분석난치성궤양성결장염환자식물불내수정황,위지정개체화음식방안제공의거。방법채용미국BIO-MERICA공사생산적식물과민원검측시제합,용매련면역방법(ELISA)검측혈청중이14충식물위과민원산생적특이성면역구단백G(IgG)항체수평,대획득자료진행종합분석。결과42례난치성궤양성결장염환자식물불내수양성솔위78.57%(33/42),배재전삼위적불내수식물의차위:우내/양내(35.71%),단청/단황(28.57%),해(23.81%)。결론난치성궤양성결장염환자식물불내수발생솔교고,차여성별、년령、영양등다충인소유관,재위환자제정음식방안시응개체화종합고필。
O bjective To synthetically analyze food intolerance of patients with refractory ulcerative colitis to provide the basis for specified individualized diet plan.Methods Using the American BIOMERICA company production of food allergen test kits , taking the method of Enzyme-linked immune to test serum levels of specific antibody IgG of 14 kinds of food allergen , and comprehensively analyzing the data obtained.Results The positive rate of food intolerance in 42 patients with refractory ulcerative colitis was 78.57%(33/42).The top three food intolerance were milk/ewes′milk(35.71%),albumen/yolk(28.57%) and crab(23.81%).Conc lusion The positive rate of food intolerance in patients with refractory ulcerative colitis was high ,and it was related with gender a,ge,nutrition and other factors.Indi-viduality should be considered when dietary strategies for patients is formulated .
