目的：探讨产房实施护士包干制管理物品的效果。方法将产房划分为若干个小包干区，每个包干区的物品管理统一由1名护士负责，护士长制定包干区物品管理质量评价标准，每季度进行质控检查，针对存在的问题协助包干护士制定并落实整改措施。结果2013年1月实施包干制物品管理后，物品管理质量明显改善，检查整理物品的次数、标签与物品相符率、护士对物品管理质量满意度分别从2012年的4次／年、89％、91％提高到2013年的16次／年、98％、97％；过期物品数量从2012年的12件降至2013年的0件。结论人人参与、专人专管、责任到人的包干制物品管理模式，能有效提高产房物品管理质量。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the nurse responsibility system used in the material management of delivery room.Methods The delivery room was divided into several small responsibility areas , and in each of them a nurse was assigned to manage the materials.The head nurse was responsible for the establishment of quality assessment standard for the material management in the re -sponsibility area.The quality control inspection was performed quarterly to discover the problems and require the responsibility nurse to pre -pare and implement the corrective measures.Results After the responsibility system of material management was implemented in January , 2013 , the quality of material management increases significantly.The number of item checks and arrangements , the rate of labels consistent with items and the satisfaction of nurse to the quality of material management increase from 4 times/year, 89% and 91% in 2012 to 16 times/year, 98%and 97%in 2013, respectively;the number of expired items decreases from 12 in 2012 to 0 in 2013.Conclusion The material management mode of responsibility system of everyone involving in the process , specific person being responsible for the special management and the responsibility assigned to specific person can effectively increase the quality of material management in delivery room .
