炮采工作面过断层大致有两种方法:一是断层落差较小时进行平推硬过,即是采取挑顶破底,平推硬过;二是断层落差较大时进行跳压回采,即是提前做好跳压切眼,回采至断层处后直接收作,在跳压切眼重新安装工作面,跳过断层继续向前回采。上述两种方法都存在一定的弊端,现提出分段“Z”型留巷和跳压反采的回采方式,对该方式进行了系统分析,投入到68南翼煤柱工作面中应用,并取得了明显的经济效益。
砲採工作麵過斷層大緻有兩種方法:一是斷層落差較小時進行平推硬過,即是採取挑頂破底,平推硬過;二是斷層落差較大時進行跳壓迴採,即是提前做好跳壓切眼,迴採至斷層處後直接收作,在跳壓切眼重新安裝工作麵,跳過斷層繼續嚮前迴採。上述兩種方法都存在一定的弊耑,現提齣分段“Z”型留巷和跳壓反採的迴採方式,對該方式進行瞭繫統分析,投入到68南翼煤柱工作麵中應用,併取得瞭明顯的經濟效益。
포채공작면과단층대치유량충방법:일시단층락차교소시진행평추경과,즉시채취도정파저,평추경과;이시단층락차교대시진행도압회채,즉시제전주호도압절안,회채지단층처후직접수작,재도압절안중신안장공작면,도과단층계속향전회채。상술량충방법도존재일정적폐단,현제출분단“Z”형류항화도압반채적회채방식,대해방식진행료계통분석,투입도68남익매주공작면중응용,병취득료명현적경제효익。
There are two ways of crossing faults in blasting face:one is horizontal advance and forced cross by ripping and floor damage in low -drop fault and another is direct finishing after stoping to the fault ,resettling working face at step-pressure cut laid in advance and stoping forward passing through fault .Aiming at the dis‐advantages of the two above-mentioned methods ,the author present the method of crossing fault by Z -type retaining roadway and step-pressure stoping ,which has been put into use at working face of 68 -Nanyi coal pillar with great economic benefits .
