为了研究防灭火注氮钻孔周围氮气运移规律,建立了钻孔周围氮气运移数学模型,在测试采空区氮气渗透率及氮气含量系数基础上采用MATLAB软件对注氮后钻孔周围氮气流动过程进行数值模拟,得到了钻孔周围氮气压力分布图。分析结果表明:氮气从注氮钻孔喷出以后呈喇叭形向采空区运移,形成了以钻孔为中心的近似圆形的影响半径,压力由内向外逐渐减小。数值模拟结果与实测结果相吻合,为防灭火注氮设备参数优化提供了理论依据。

In order to study the migration law around the nitrogen injection drilling for fire prevention ,the au‐thors have established a mathematical model of nitrogen migration to simulate the migration process of nitrogen around the nitrogen injection drilling by MATLAB software on the basis of testing nitrogen permeability and the content coefficient of nitrogen in the mine gob around the injection drilling and obtained the nitrogen pressure distribution figure ,which shows that nitrogen flows to the gob like a horn after spouting from the injection drill‐ing ,forming a sub-circular influence radius centering around the drilling with gradual pressure decrease from inside out .The numerical simulation results are coincided with the actual results ,which provide a theoretical ba‐sis for the parameter optimization of nitrogen injection equipment for fire prevention .
