目的：应用百草枯尿液检测试剂盒检测百草枯中毒患者的尿液，以判断其中毒程度和预后。方法使用百草枯尿液检测试剂盒对百草枯中毒患者进行多次尿液检测，回顾性分析患者尿百草枯浓度与患者病情危重度以及预后的相关性。结果38例百草枯中毒患者存活状况与尿百草枯半定量检测结果显著相关(P<0．01)。结论应用百草枯尿液检测试剂盒可迅速检测患者尿百草枯浓度，有助于判断患者中毒程度和预后。
목적：응용백초고뇨액검측시제합검측백초고중독환자적뇨액，이판단기중독정도화예후。방법사용백초고뇨액검측시제합대백초고중독환자진행다차뇨액검측，회고성분석환자뇨백초고농도여환자병정위중도이급예후적상관성。결과38례백초고중독환자존활상황여뇨백초고반정량검측결과현저상관(P<0．01)。결론응용백초고뇨액검측시제합가신속검측환자뇨백초고농도，유조우판단환자중독정도화예후。
Objective Using paraquat urine test kit measure the paraquet’s levels in urine of patients,in order to determine degree and prognosis of patients after paraquart intoxication. Methods To retrospective analysis the relationship between the uri-nary concentrations of paraquat and the patient’s illness severity by using Paraquat urine test kit testing urine repeatedly. Results The survival status of 38 cases who was paraquat intoxication was significantl postively correlated with paraquat semi-determi-nalion results in urine (P<0.01). Conclusion By using Paraquat urine test kit,we can detect urinary concentrations of paraquat rapidly,and it is useful to determine the degree and prognosis of patients who was paraquat intoxication.
