目的：观察铸造钯银桩核与银汞桩核在重度缺损的下颌第二磨牙C形根管修复中的效果，为临床应用提供参考。方法129例已行热牙胶充填的重度牙体缺损下颌第二磨牙C形根管进行修复，其中78例铸造钯银桩核修复（1例失访），51例银汞桩核修复（4例失访），观察两种桩核5年的修复效果。结果在5年临床随访中，铸造钯银桩核和银汞桩核的成功率分别为97.6％和66.67％，失败病例均为残根，其余120例修复体正常行使功能，X线片示桩核和牙体间密合、根周无阴影。结论对于重度缺损的下颌第二磨牙C形根管的残根，采用铸造钯银桩核修复，临床效果好。
목적：관찰주조파은장핵여은홍장핵재중도결손적하합제이마아C형근관수복중적효과，위림상응용제공삼고。방법129례이행열아효충전적중도아체결손하합제이마아C형근관진행수복，기중78례주조파은장핵수복（1례실방），51례은홍장핵수복（4례실방），관찰량충장핵5년적수복효과。결과재5년림상수방중，주조파은장핵화은홍장핵적성공솔분별위97.6％화66.67％，실패병례균위잔근，기여120례수복체정상행사공능，X선편시장핵화아체간밀합、근주무음영。결론대우중도결손적하합제이마아C형근관적잔근，채용주조파은장핵수복，림상효과호。
Objective To examine the clinical effectiveness of two types of post-and-cores in mandibular second molar with C-shaped root canal systems. Methods 129 cases of C-shaped root canals of second mandibular molars with hot gutta percha root canal treatment,restored by the cast alba alloy post and amalgam post technique after 5 years. Results 120 of the posts and cores were still in function without clinical or radiographic signs of failure at the time of the examination after a mean follow-up and pe-riod of 5 years. Conclusion The warm gutta-percha vertical compaction technique and cast alba alloy post and core techniques are conservative to restore residual root of mandibular second molar with C-shaped root canal.
