针对水雾不能有效降低炮掘工作面回风流中的煤尘浓度的问题,提出了水沫除尘与泡沫除尘两种改进方案,经过现场实际使用,泡沫对全尘的降尘效率为65%,是水沫除尘的1.86倍;泡沫对呼吸性粉尘的降尘效率为53%,是水沫除尘的1.32倍。泡沫除尘技术的应用有效降低了井下炮掘工作面回风流中的粉尘浓度,防尘效果显著。

Aiming at the phenomenon that water mist can't effectively reduce the dust concentration of return cur‐rent in blasting driving face ,the paper proposes tw o improvement scheme of w ater scrubbing and bubble scrub‐bing .T he test show s that the dust suppression efficiency of bubble on full dust is 65% ,w hich is 1 .86 times of w ater scrubbing ;the dust suppression efficiency of bubble on respirable dust is 53% ,w hich is 1 .32 times of w a‐ter scrubbing .T he application of bubble scrubbing technology effectively reduces the dust concentration of re‐turn current in blasting driving face and achieves significant effect of dust prevention .
