坚硬顶板工作面若顶板不能及时垮落,会在采空区上方形成大面积悬顶,对人员、巷道和设备会形成严重的威胁。以15306坚硬顶板工作面为试验对象,通过合理确定水力致裂弱化顶板方案和注水工艺,实施了水力致裂弱化顶板试验。试验结果显示,有效弱化了15306工作面顶板,其有效致裂半径达12 m ,对于消除大面积悬顶,保证工作面安全回采具有重要的意义。
堅硬頂闆工作麵若頂闆不能及時垮落,會在採空區上方形成大麵積懸頂,對人員、巷道和設備會形成嚴重的威脅。以15306堅硬頂闆工作麵為試驗對象,通過閤理確定水力緻裂弱化頂闆方案和註水工藝,實施瞭水力緻裂弱化頂闆試驗。試驗結果顯示,有效弱化瞭15306工作麵頂闆,其有效緻裂半徑達12 m ,對于消除大麵積懸頂,保證工作麵安全迴採具有重要的意義。

Large unsupported roof will occur above the mined-out area which would seriously threaten person‐nel ,roadway and equipment if the roof can't collapse in time on the face of hard roof .15306 hard roof face being used as test object ,water fracturing weakening roof has been tested by reasonable water fracturing weakening roof scheme and grouting technique .The testing results show that the roof of 15306 face has been weakened ef‐ficiently and its efficient fracturing radium reaches 12 m ,which has great significance for the removing of large unsupported roof and the safety mining of the face .
