为确定合理的钻孔间距以达到最佳的抽采效果,根据具体的工程地质条件和瓦斯在煤层内的渗流规律,采用Com‐sol M ultiphysics软件模型模拟了单孔和不同孔间距抽采瓦斯时钻孔周围煤层内瓦斯压力的分布特征。结果表明:当钻孔间距为3.6m时,钻孔间距偏小,使钻孔数量较多,会造成不必要的浪费,当钻孔间距为7.5m时,钻孔间距偏大,抽采范围出现“空白带”,达不到较好的抽采效果。当钻孔间距为5m时,抽采范围在边界处出现相切的现象,相邻位置的钻孔周围瓦斯抽放完全,抽采范围达到最大,钻孔间距定比较合理,抽采效果和经济效果较好。

In order to determine reasonable spacing of best effect of extraction ,according to specific engineering geological conditions and gas seepage law inside coal seam ,the distribution characteristics of gas press around drilling seam during the hole and different hole spacing gas drainage has been simulated by Comsol Multiphysics . The results show that :when drilling spacing is 3 .6 m ,it will result in unnecessary waste because of smaller drilling spacing and large number of drilling ;when drilling spacing is 7 .5 m ,drainage range occurs "Blank Tape"and it can't reach a better drainage effect because of larger drilling spacing ;and when drilling spacing is 5 m ,drainage range occurs tangent phenomenon at the boundary ,gas drainage completes around drilling hole of adjacement positions ,drainage range gets to the largest and drilling spacing is reasonable ,w hich obtains better drainage effect and better economic effect .
