用5‐甲基水杨醛和对氨基水杨酸为原料,合成了一种新型席夫碱,用元素分析、IR 、1 H NMR 、MS 验证其结构。采用荧光光谱法研究该化合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用机制,采用位点结合模型公式、热力学公式求解出不同温度下的结合常数、结合位点数、热力学参数,得出其淬灭机制为静态淬灭,结合位点数为1,作用力类型为氢键和范德华力。
用5‐甲基水楊醛和對氨基水楊痠為原料,閤成瞭一種新型席伕堿,用元素分析、IR 、1 H NMR 、MS 驗證其結構。採用熒光光譜法研究該化閤物與牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用機製,採用位點結閤模型公式、熱力學公式求解齣不同溫度下的結閤常數、結閤位點數、熱力學參數,得齣其淬滅機製為靜態淬滅,結閤位點數為1,作用力類型為氫鍵和範德華力。

5‐Methyl‐salicylaldehyde‐4‐aminosalicylic acid Schiff base was obtained from 5‐meth‐yl‐salicylaldehyde and 4‐aminosalicylic acid in ethanol solution .Its structure and composition was determined through elemental analysis ,IR , 1 H NMR and MS .The interaction between Schiff base and bovine serum albumin (BSA) was studied by fluorescence spectra .The binding constants ,numbers of binding sites ,types of the binding force were found by applying the e‐quation of model of site‐binding ,thermodynamic equations at different temperatures .It is con‐cluded that the quenching mechanism is a static quenching procedure ,number of binding sites is 1 ,and types of the binding force is Van Der Waals forces and hydrogen bonding .
