汽车作为一种现代交通工具，其重要性毋庸置疑。随着汽车保有量的日益增多，汽车的安全问题引起了社会的广泛关注。介绍了汽车制动器摩擦试验机工作原理及特性，对其测试系统各种信号采集方式和数据存储方式的优缺点进行了总结及分析。为了解决目前信号采集误差大、数据不准确和系统稳定性不高等问题，结合汽车制动器摩擦试验机测试系统的研究现状，提出了诸多研究热点，可为汽车制动器摩擦试验机测试系统研究与开发提供参考。

Car is used as a modern transportation means its importance is beyond al doubt. Along with the steep increase of its own￣ers,the problems of the cars’ s safety atlracts people's extra atlention. This paper not only introduces the working principle and char￣acteristics of automotive brake friction testing machine ,but also does summarise and analyse the advantages and disadvantages of the signal acquisition method and data storage in the test system. Based on its research status,it puts forward many effective meas￣ures to solve the problems,such as the wide error limit and low stability. The foundation is laid for its fest.
