基于UG软件,选定修正正弦运动规律,在给定的规格参数下,建立了凸轮廓面方程,实现了弧面凸轮及其分度箱的三维建模和弧面凸轮分度机构的运动仿真,验证了设计的正确性;通过装配模块,完成弧面凸轮分度箱的整体装配工作,并进行了干涉检查。
基于UG軟件,選定脩正正絃運動規律,在給定的規格參數下,建立瞭凸輪廓麵方程,實現瞭弧麵凸輪及其分度箱的三維建模和弧麵凸輪分度機構的運動倣真,驗證瞭設計的正確性;通過裝配模塊,完成弧麵凸輪分度箱的整體裝配工作,併進行瞭榦涉檢查。

Based on UG software, convex contour surface equation is built to realize 3D modeling and dynamic motion simulation of globoidal indexing cam box with locomotor orderliness of amending sinusoid and defined specification parameters. The design accu ̄racy is verified. General assembly of globoidal indexing cam box is completed. The interference check is used to verify the correct ̄ness of the design.
