橡皮成形过程中常会发生起皱、开裂等缺陷,应用有限元分析软件Abaqus对框缘凸弯边橡皮成型过程仿真,研究了模具圆角尺寸变化对成型过程中钣金件的厚度变化、应力分布、起皱等的影响,从而可进一步修正模具设计,消除加工缺陷、为进一步开展精密成型研究奠定基础。
橡皮成形過程中常會髮生起皺、開裂等缺陷,應用有限元分析軟件Abaqus對框緣凸彎邊橡皮成型過程倣真,研究瞭模具圓角呎吋變化對成型過程中鈑金件的厚度變化、應力分佈、起皺等的影響,從而可進一步脩正模具設計,消除加工缺陷、為進一步開展精密成型研究奠定基礎。

Wrinkling,cracking and springback defect often appear in the process of the rubber forming. This paper uses Abaqus soft ̄ware to simulate the rubber forming of convex rim flange and studies the influence of thange of the die fil et size on the thickness,stress distribution,wrinkling of mefal sheet in the forming process. This mold design is amened to eliminate processing defects and the foundation is laid for the further study of precision forming.
