重型机床床身对接过程影响着导轨精度,床身导轨精度极大程度地影响机床加工精度。利用有限元法提高多段床身的对接精度,对床身进行静力学分析得到导轨变形曲线,据此提前在导轨调平阶段给予一定的精度预补偿,指导床身的对接过程,实现加工精度的提高。

The bed joint of heavy machine tool affects its guideway precision and then the guideway precision influnces its machining accuracy. The finite element method is used to improve the accuracy of multi segment joint and the guideway deformation curve is obtained through the static analysis of the bed,then according to it,pre ̄compensation for the guideway precision is made in advance in the stage of guideway level ing in order to guide the bed jointing process and improve the machining accuracy.
