为了提高车床的加工精度,得到车床进给传动系统的最优结构参数,提高传动系统的设计品质,对车床进给伺服系统进行了研究。基于车床横向进给伺服系统设计的一般要求,结合优化设计的思想,提出了以工作台加速度最大、传动系统转动惯量最小为目标函数,建立了数学模型。结合实例说明优化设计的过程,并利用MATLAB软件优化工具箱进行了寻优计算。与传统方法比较,优化结果有效地提高了工作台加速度,减少了系统的转动惯量,对机床横向进给伺服系统的设计具有一定的参考价值。

In order to improve the processing precision of lathe,obtain its optimal structural parameters and improve the design quali ̄ty of its feed system,this paper studies its cross feed servo system. According to the basic requirements of its design, taking the maximal acceleration and minimum moment of table inertia as the goal function,a mathematical model is established with the idea of optimization design. Its sample is given to the demonstration of the optimal design process and a MATLAB program is used to com ̄pute the optimization result. Compared with traditional method,it is useful to improve the acceleration of the table and reduce the mo ̄ment of its inertia;it is of certain reference value to its design.
