In recent years ,the landscapes of Mediterranean style are widely used and in Hunan province ,many plant landscapes of Mediterranean style have been built .Based on the analysis of the feature and configura‐tions forms of Mediterranean plants ,the article has summarized the overall characteristics of plant landscape of Mediterranean style .From the aspects of touch ,smell ,sight ,and mood ,the article uses many Hunan local plants which have Mediterranean features to create a pastoral romantic plant landscape of Mediterranean style .
