目的：检测血清 miR-21在乳腺癌中的表达差异，为进一步阐明 miR-21在家族性和三阴性乳腺癌发病机制中的作用．方法：收集健康女性体检者、具有患乳腺癌高风险者、不同种类乳腺癌患者的血清．以线虫 miR-39为外参，通过实时荧光定量 PCR 检测77份血清中 miR-21的表达水平．结果：家族性乳腺癌组、三阴性乳腺癌组和乳腺癌高风险组血清 miR-21水平显著高于正常对照组、其他乳腺癌组（P ＜0.01）．血清 miR-21的表达水平与淋巴结转移、Ki67高表达有关（P ＜0.01）．结果显示血清 miR-21表达量在家族性和三阴性乳腺癌中升高，且与淋巴结转移和 Ki67表达有关．结论：血清 miR-21与三阴性、家族性乳腺癌的发生有紧密联系，其表达增高与乳腺癌的遗传性、恶性程度及预后判断有关．

목적：검측혈청 miR-21재유선암중적표체차이，위진일보천명 miR-21재가족성화삼음성유선암발병궤제중적작용．방법：수집건강녀성체검자、구유환유선암고풍험자、불동충류유선암환자적혈청．이선충 miR-39위외삼，통과실시형광정량 PCR 검측77빈혈청중 miR-21적표체수평．결과：가족성유선암조、삼음성유선암조화유선암고풍험조혈청 miR-21수평현저고우정상대조조、기타유선암조（P ＜0.01）．혈청 miR-21적표체수평여림파결전이、Ki67고표체유관（P ＜0.01）．결과현시혈청 miR-21표체량재가족성화삼음성유선암중승고，차여림파결전이화 Ki67표체유관．결론：혈청 miR-21여삼음성、가족성유선암적발생유긴밀련계，기표체증고여유선암적유전성、악성정도급예후판단유관．
Aim:To detect differences of serum miR-21 expression in breast cancer patients in order to further clarify the role of miR-21 in the pathogenesis of familial and triple negative breast cancers.Meth-ods:The serum of healthy female volunteers,other types of breast cancer patients and high risk volun-teers for breast cancer were collected.The expression levels of miR-21 in sera from 77 patients or volun-teers were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR.And Cel-miR-39 was used as exogenous internal reference.Results:The relative expression level of serum miR-21 was significantly higher in familial breast cancer groups、triple negative breast cancer group and high risk group than that in healthy control group or other breast cancer group (P <0.01 ).The expression of serum miR-21 was associated with lymph nod metastasis and Ki67 expression level(P <0.01).The results showed that serum miR-21 of pa-tients with familial and triple-negative breast cancer,and was revelant with lymph node metastasis and Ki67 expression.Conclusion:Serum miR-21 of patients with breast cancer may be associated with heredi-tary,the degree of malignancy and determination of prognosis.
