目的：通过观察比较苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗前后的高血压病患者心脏舒张功能、血浆 N 末端脑钠肽前体（NT-proBNP）等指标变化，探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压病患者的心功能的影响．方法：诊断为原发性高血压病患者59例，根据心脏彩色多普勒超声分为心室肥厚组与非心室肥厚组，每天口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平2.5 mg，观察12周后患者血浆 NT-proBNP 及心脏彩超测量指标的变化．结果：左室肥厚组治疗后的血浆 NT-proBNP 显著性低于治疗前（P ＜0.05），而 E ／A 比值均较治疗前显著性增加（P ＜0.05）而非心室肥厚组的心功能指标则无明显变化．结论：苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平可明显改善合并心室肥厚的高血压病患者的心功能，对无伴左室肥厚者的心功能无明显影响．

Aim:To observe and compare the changes of serum levels of N-terminal pro-brain natri-uretic peptide(NT-proBNP)before and after Levamlodipine treatment in patients with hypertension,and to study the effects of levamlodipine on cardiac function of patients with hypertension.Methods:59 con-secutive hypertension patients were included and divided into left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH)group and non left ventricular hypertrophy (NLVH)group base on the results of echocardiography.All of the patients were treated with Levamlodipine besylate 2.5 mg/d.The changes of serum levels of NT-proBNP and echocardiography indexes were observed before and after 12 weeks of treatment.Results:Compared with those before the treatment,the serum levels of NT-proBNP of LVH group significantly decreased (98.3 vs 197.3 ng/L P <0.05)while the E /A ratio significantly increased (0.6 vs 1.0,P <0.05)af-ter the treatment,but there was no significant change found in cardiac function index in the NLVH <br> group.Conclusion:Levamlodipine may improve the cardiac function of hypertension patients with LVH, but may have no significant effect on those without LVH.
