利用“源端失配误差修正的冷噪声测量技术”的高精度噪声系数测量系统问世以来,得到了噪声测试工程师的广泛认可,其主要特点是在系统自校准和测量两个环节中,都使用了一个阻抗调配器呈现不同(4~7个)源阻抗状态,从而降低甚至消除测量过程中的源端失配误差,提高了噪声系数测量精度。这种崭新的测量系统给计量工作带来了困扰,主要原因是测量系统组成更加复杂,测量技术考虑失配因素,测量模型技术保密等。论文提出一种全新的整体校准方案,建立了校准模型,通过实际案例分析证实基本解决了该校准难题。

Since the advent of high‐precision noise coefficient measurement system under the cold noise measurement technology of source mismatch error correction ,it has been widely recognized by noise measurement engineer ,its main fea‐ture is to use an impedence tuner to present different(4 ~ 7) source impedence conditions during the section of system self‐cal‐ibration and measurement , thereby reduce or even eliminate origin mismatch error ,improve the accuracy of noise factor measurement .This new measurement system brings trouble to calculation work ,mainly because of more complicated meas‐urement system setup ,considering the mismatch factor of measurement technology and the confidential measurement model technology .A new whole calibration solution is proposed in this paper ,calibration model is set up to solve the calibration problems basically through actual case analysis .
