论文针对不同型号电压调整器测试过程中出现的输出电压可调的情况,设计一种基于开关阵列的电压调整器输出调整模块,解决输出电压可调外围电路通用化、简单化、模块化的问题,提高测试外围电路搭建效率,利用模块化的设计减少外围电路重复搭建次数,可以实现器件全范围输出电压测试,也可以实现基于用户应用的选择性输出电压测试。
論文針對不同型號電壓調整器測試過程中齣現的輸齣電壓可調的情況,設計一種基于開關陣列的電壓調整器輸齣調整模塊,解決輸齣電壓可調外圍電路通用化、簡單化、模塊化的問題,提高測試外圍電路搭建效率,利用模塊化的設計減少外圍電路重複搭建次數,可以實現器件全範圍輸齣電壓測試,也可以實現基于用戶應用的選擇性輸齣電壓測試。

Because of the test process of different types of voltage regulator with adjustable output voltage condition ,a voltage regulator output adjustment module based on switch array is designed in this paper ,the problems of the adjustment voltage output circuit are solved ,such as universal simple and modular ,and the construction of the peripheral circuit efficien‐cy can be improved ,the number of peripheral circuit repetitive structures can be reduced by using the modular design .The full range of output voltage test of the device can be realized in this design ;it also can realize the selective output voltage test based on user application .
