目的：探讨耳穴贴压对改善维持性血液透析患者便秘的效果，为临床护理干预提供借鉴。方法选择我院治疗维持性血液透析患者90例，随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予基础治疗和护理，观察组在对照组的基础上增加耳穴（大肠、小肠、直肠、脾、肾、内分泌）贴压护理干预。观察两组患者治疗30 d时的效果。结果两组维持性血液透析患者治疗30 d时的疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01），观察组效果明显好于对照组。结论耳穴贴压可明显改善维持性血液透析患者的便秘症状，操作简便安全。
목적：탐토이혈첩압대개선유지성혈액투석환자편비적효과，위림상호리간예제공차감。방법선택아원치료유지성혈액투석환자90례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각45례。대조조급여기출치료화호리，관찰조재대조조적기출상증가이혈（대장、소장、직장、비、신、내분비）첩압호리간예。관찰량조환자치료30 d시적효과。결과량조유지성혈액투석환자치료30 d시적료효비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.01），관찰조효과명현호우대조조。결론이혈첩압가명현개선유지성혈액투석환자적편비증상，조작간편안전。
Objective To observe the effect of auricular-plaster therapy on constipation in patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Ninety patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45). In control group, routine treatments were given to patients with constipation. In observation group, besides routine treatments, magnetic beads were taped tightly to some ear acupoints as Large Intestine, Small Intestine, Rectum, Spleen, Kidney, and Endocrine. Patients’ constipation were observed in two groups before and after treatment during a period of 30 days. Results After treatment, there were significant statistical differences between observation group and control group in relief of constipation ( P<0.01) and the auricular-plaster therapy exhibited good safety. Conclusion For maintenance hemodialysis patients with constipation, auricular-plaster therapy performs positive efficacy, which is generally safe and convenient.
