高原地区自然环境特殊，据文献报道：高原地区流行性感冒、结核、鼠疫和细菌性痢疾等传染病发病率较平原地区偏高，因高原地区传染病发生、发展与高原环境的特殊性，给高原卫生医疗机构防病治病工作带来了一定困难。作者认为：做好平时卫生准备和疾病预防工作，才能有效防控高原地区传染病，提高高原卫生医疗机构工作效能。本文就高原地区常见传染性疾病对高原卫生工作的影响及高原传染病防治策略进行探讨。

The natural environment at high plateau is quite special. According to literature, the incidence of infectious diseases in-cluding influenza, tuberculosis, pestis and bacillary dysentery at high plateau is higher than that in plain areas;the occurrence of infec-tious diseases, the development and the environmental specificity of the high plateau bring the medical and health institutes at high pla-teau certain difficulties in disease prevention and treatment. To carry out routine disease prevention can effectively control the occur-rence of infectious diseases at high plateau and promote the working efficacy of the medical and health institutes. This article discusses the impact of common infectious diseases at high plateau on plateau health service and the countermeasures.
