目的:探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制剂(TIMPs)与肥胖儿童左心室功能的关系。方法:对30例单纯肥胖儿童(肥胖组)和30例正常儿童(对照组)分别进行血脂、收缩压、舒张压、血糖水平的检查;心脏彩色多谱勒超声测定心功能;血清MMPs与TIMPs的水平采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测。结果:①肥胖组血脂、收缩压、舒张压、血糖水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②肥胖组血清MMPs水平明显高于对照组,而TIMPs水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);③肥胖组左心室功能存在改变,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、室间隔厚度(IVST)明显高于对照组(P<0.05);④肥胖组左室结构功能指标与MMP-8、MMP-9水平呈正相关。结论:肥胖儿童血清中存在MMPs及其抑制剂TIMPs水平的改变,血清MMPs水平与左室结构功能指标呈正相关,提示儿童肥胖增加了心血管疾病的危险因素,血清MMPs可能参与了肥胖儿童左心室结构的重塑,从而引起了左心室功能的改变。

목적:탐토혈청기질금속단백매(MMPs)급기억제제(TIMPs)여비반인동좌심실공능적관계。방법:대30례단순비반인동(비반조)화30례정상인동(대조조)분별진행혈지、수축압、서장압、혈당수평적검사;심장채색다보륵초성측정심공능;혈청MMPs여TIMPs적수평채용매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)법검측。결과:①비반조혈지、수축압、서장압、혈당수평현저고우대조조(P<0.05);②비반조혈청MMPs수평명현고우대조조,이TIMPs수평저우대조조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05);③비반조좌심실공능존재개변,좌실서장말기내경(LVEDD)、좌실수축말기내경(LVESD)、좌실후벽후도(LVPWT)、실간격후도(IVST)명현고우대조조(P<0.05);④비반조좌실결구공능지표여MMP-8、MMP-9수평정정상관。결론:비반인동혈청중존재MMPs급기억제제TIMPs수평적개변,혈청MMPs수평여좌실결구공능지표정정상관,제시인동비반증가료심혈관질병적위험인소,혈청MMPs가능삼여료비반인동좌심실결구적중소,종이인기료좌심실공능적개변。
Objective: Through the study of serum levels of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and its in-hibitors (TIMPs), to investigate obesity children at high risk of developing cardiovascular disease impaction on cardiac function.Methods: Blood lipid, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, blood sugar levels were examined in 30 simple obesity children and 30 normal children; echocardiography (ECHO) test cardiac function; MMPs and TIMPs using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection.Results:①Blood lipids, systolic pres-sure, diastolic pressure, blood sugar level in obese children were signiifcantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05);②Serum levels of MMPs in obese children were signiifcantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), while TIMPs levels were lower than the normal control group (P<0.05);③The left ventricular function changed in obese children, LVEDD, LVESD, LVPWT, IVST levels were signiifcantly higher than that in con-trol group (P<0.05);④The left ventricular function indicators of obese children were positively correlated with children, the levels of MMPs were positively correlated with the left ventricular function index MMP-8, MMP-9 levels, prompting obesity increases the risk factor for cardiovascular disease, MMPs might participate in the structure remodeling of the left ventricle in obese children, thus caused the change of left ventricular function. correlated.Conclusion: Serum levels of MMPs and TIMPs had changed in school-age obesity children, the lev-els of MMPs were positively correlated with the left ventricular function index, suggesting obesity increases the risk factor for cardiovascular disease, MMPs may participate in the structure remodeling of the left ventricle in obese children, thus caused the change of left ventricular function.
