目的:探讨外源性促性腺激素对异种移植后的冻融人胎卵巢组织卵泡发育的影响。方法:将冻融人胎卵巢组织移植到裸鼠肾被膜下,裸鼠随机分为A、B、C 3组,分别以不同方式给予外源性促性腺激素—孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG),并分别于术后10~14周、18~22周、26~30周回收移植物,行组织学评价和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)免疫组织化学分析。结果:10~14周和18~22周各组的原始、初级、次级卵泡数之间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。26~30周,A、B组次级卵泡数显著高于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各组均可见窦卵泡发育。结论:冻融人胎卵巢组织异种移植于雌性去势裸鼠后,无外源性激素作用环境下卵泡也可发育至窦卵泡;而不同方式的外源性促性腺激素作用均可进一步促进组织中卵泡的发育。

목적:탐토외원성촉성선격소대이충이식후적동융인태란소조직란포발육적영향。방법:장동융인태란소조직이식도라서신피막하,라서수궤분위A、B、C 3조,분별이불동방식급여외원성촉성선격소—잉마혈청촉성선격소(PMSG),병분별우술후10~14주、18~22주、26~30주회수이식물,행조직학평개화증식세포핵항원(PCNA)면역조직화학분석。결과:10~14주화18~22주각조적원시、초급、차급란포수지간차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。26~30주,A、B조차급란포수현저고우C조,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。각조균가견두란포발육。결론:동융인태란소조직이충이식우자성거세라서후,무외원성격소작용배경하란포야가발육지두란포;이불동방식적외원성촉성선격소작용균가진일보촉진조직중란포적발육。
Objective: To investigate the effect of exogenous gonadotrophin on the follicular development of cryopreserved human fetal ovarian tissue after xenotransplantation.Methods: The cryopreserved fetal ovarian tissues were grafted under kidney capsules of the nude mice. Mice randomly assigned to three different groups (A, B, C), and were treated with PMSG by different ways. Grafts of each group were recovered in batches at 10-14 weeks, 18-22 weeks, 26-30 weeks after operation. Grafts were evaluated using conventional histology and detected proliferating core antigen (PCNA) using immunohistochemical method.Results: There was no signiif-cant difference among three groups of preantral follicles. At 26-30 weeks, the numbers of secondary follicles in group C were signiifcantly less than that in group A and B (P<0.05). Antral follicles were discovered in each group.Conclusion: The follices of the cryopreserved human fetal ovarian tissue can develop to antral follicle without exogenous hormone after xenotransplantation, and follicles can be promoted by exogenous gonadotropin.
