With the deep realization of the properties of amniotic membrane , traditional indications of amniotic membrane transplantation are expanding .It has also prompted the advent of many novel amniotic membrane products . This article will focus on recent advances and rational application of amniotic membrance transplantation in ocular disorders.(Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol ,2015,15:3-5)
