目的：探讨口服甲硫氨酸对抗强脉冲噪声致聋的预防作用。方法选择某部健康男性军人203例作为受试者，随机分为2组：试验组113例和对照组90例。噪声暴露前2组分别给予口服甲硫氨酸片和安慰剂，用法：1500 mg／d ×3 d。2组受试者噪声暴露前、后均行纯音测听、听性脑干反应测听检查，对检查结果进行统计学分析。结果所有受试者噪声暴露前后听力均有改变，2组间差异有统计学意义。结论噪声暴露前口服甲硫氨酸片能有效减轻强脉冲噪声暴露后耳聋的发生。（中国眼耳鼻喉科杂志，2015，15：41-43）

Objective To observe the protective effect of oral administration of D-methionine tablets on intense impulse noise-induced hearing loss .Methods Two hundred and three volunteers were recruited and randomly divided into two groups:experimental group (n=113) and control group (n=90).The subjects had received oral administration of D-methionine tablets in the experimental group and placebo in the control group before noise exposure .The routine audiometric evaluation and auditory brainstem response testing were performed and recorded pre -and post-noise exposure.The statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS 11.0.Results The changes of hearing in all participators were observed after noise exposure , however , there were statistically significant differences between the two groups . Conclusions The protective effect of D-methionine tablets were prominent on the intense impulse noise-induced hearing loss.
