目的：探讨人工股骨头置换术围手术期有效护理方法。方法将80例接受人工股骨头置换术治疗的患者平均分成两组，实验组与对照组，各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组患者实施整体护理，比较两组患者的临床护理疗效。结果实验组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率等方面较对照组有明显降低，两组比较存在显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论在人工股骨头置换术围手术期实施整体护理可以显著提高患者的临床疗效，降低术后并发症的发生，减轻患者的痛苦，具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate effective perioperative nursing of hemiarthroplasty.Methods 80 patients underwent hemiarthroplasty treatment were divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, each of 40 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with routine care, and patients in the experimental group were treated with the overall care. The efficacy of clinical care of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The operative time, blood loss, hospital stay and postoperative complication rate of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion The implementation of the overall Perioperative care of hemiarthroplasty can significantly improve the patient's clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and relieve the suffering of patients which has an important clinical significance.
