目的:观察化疗对肺癌患者血糖代谢的影响。方法200例肺癌患者(无糖尿病史者176例,有糖尿病史者24例),检测每周期化疗后及首次化疗前空腹血糖,对所得数据及相关临床资料进行分析。结果176例无糖尿病组患者中,第1周期化疗末血糖均有所升高,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。在小细胞癌患者中,第2周期化疗末血糖出现明显升高,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。腺癌和鳞癌患者,在第3周期化疗末出现血糖明显升高,且具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。糖尿病组24例,化疗过程中空腹血糖升高,且随着化疗次数增多,空腹血糖上升更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者接受化学药物治疗后可能会出现空腹血糖升高,诱发糖尿病或加重糖尿病病情。

목적:관찰화료대폐암환자혈당대사적영향。방법200례폐암환자(무당뇨병사자176례,유당뇨병사자24례),검측매주기화료후급수차화료전공복혈당,대소득수거급상관림상자료진행분석。결과176례무당뇨병조환자중,제1주기화료말혈당균유소승고,단무통계학차이(P>0.05)。재소세포암환자중,제2주기화료말혈당출현명현승고,차구유통계학차이(P<0.05)。선암화린암환자,재제3주기화료말출현혈당명현승고,차구유통계학차이(P<0.05)。당뇨병조24례,화료과정중공복혈당승고,차수착화료차수증다,공복혈당상승경명현,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론폐암환자접수화학약물치료후가능회출현공복혈당승고,유발당뇨병혹가중당뇨병병정。
ObjectiveTo observe the effects of chemotherapy on fasting plasma glucose of Patients with lung cancer.Methods There were 200 inpatients with lung cancer (176 patients had no diabete before chemotherapy, 24 patients were previously diagnosed diabetes before chemotherapy). Their fasting plasma glucose were detected on schedule before the first chemotherapy and after each chemotherapy, then analyzed the data and the related clinical data. Some changed regularity on fasting plasma glucose were found after chemotherapy.Results Among 176 patients without diabetes,fasting plasma glucose had increased at the end of the first cycle of chemotherapy, but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Among the patients with small cell carcinoma, fasting plasma glucose had increased apparently at the end of the second cycle of chemotherapy, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma patients, fasting plasma glucose had increased obviously at the end of the third cycle of chemotherapy, with statistical dif ference(P<0.05). Among 24 patients with lung cancer coordinated with diabetes, in the process of chemotherapy and as the number of chemotherapy increased, fasting plasma glucose rose more obviously, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy may appear higher fasting glucose, induced diabetes or aggravating diabetes.
