目的：探讨血清胱抑素C和同行半胱氨酸在2型糖尿病肾病患者中的水平改变意义。方法入选的68例糖尿病患者分为观察组（早期糖尿病肾病）和对照组（单纯糖尿病），同时选取在我院体检健康者，为正常组。测定三组同型半胱氨酸水平、胱抑素C、血肌酐和血尿素氮水平。结果观察组和对照组同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C水平分别高于正常组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组同型半胱氨酸水平和胱抑素C水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组、对照组和正常组血清肌酐比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组、对照组和正常组血尿素氮水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论早期糖尿病肾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸和胱抑素C水平升高，了解其水平改变有助于早期诊断，及早给予干预，改善患者治疗效果。
목적：탐토혈청광억소C화동행반광안산재2형당뇨병신병환자중적수평개변의의。방법입선적68례당뇨병환자분위관찰조（조기당뇨병신병）화대조조（단순당뇨병），동시선취재아원체검건강자，위정상조。측정삼조동형반광안산수평、광억소C、혈기항화혈뇨소담수평。결과관찰조화대조조동형반광안산화광억소C수평분별고우정상조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조동형반광안산수평화광억소C수평고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。관찰조、대조조화정상조혈청기항비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；관찰조、대조조화정상조혈뇨소담수평비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）。결론조기당뇨병신병환자혈청동형반광안산화광억소C수평승고，료해기수평개변유조우조기진단，급조급여간예，개선환자치료효과。
Objective To explore the level change of serum homocysteic acid and cystatin C in the patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods 68 cases with diabetes mellitus were selected and divided into observation group(early diabetic nephropathy) and control group(simple diabetes mellitus). Healthy individuals were served as normal group. The serum homocysteic acid,cystatin C, Cre and BUN were detected.Results The level of serum homocysteic acid in observation group and control group were higher than that in normal group, there was statistical difference(P<0.05); The level of cystatin C in observation group and control group was higher than that in normal group, there was statistical difference(P<0.05); The level of Cre in observation group and control group compared with that in normal group, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05); The level of BUN in observation group and control group compared with that in normal group, there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The level of serum homocysteic acid and cystatin C in patients with early diabetic nephropathy increase, and the level change is helpful for early diagnosis and improving clinical effect.
