目的：探讨三七总皂甙对颅脑外伤患者术后深静脉血栓形成的防治作用。方法回顾性分析我科2011年1月至2013年12月颅脑外伤手术患者173例，于术后第3天使用三七总皂甙防治深静脉血栓形成，使用凝血全套及下肢深静脉彩色超声评价患者有无深静脉血栓形成，并与文献资料相比较。结果所有患者仅6例出现深静脉血栓，使用血栓通注射液后复查彩色超声血栓消失。结论使用三七总皂甙可降低颅脑外伤术后深静脉血栓形成发生率，并对深静脉血栓具有良好的治疗作用。
목적：탐토삼칠총조대대로뇌외상환자술후심정맥혈전형성적방치작용。방법회고성분석아과2011년1월지2013년12월로뇌외상수술환자173례，우술후제3천사용삼칠총조대방치심정맥혈전형성，사용응혈전투급하지심정맥채색초성평개환자유무심정맥혈전형성，병여문헌자료상비교。결과소유환자부6례출현심정맥혈전，사용혈전통주사액후복사채색초성혈전소실。결론사용삼칠총조대가강저로뇌외상술후심정맥혈전형성발생솔，병대심정맥혈전구유량호적치료작용。
ObjectiveInvestigated the therapeutic effects of total saponins of panax notognseng, PNS for patients after craniocerebral trauma surgery with deep vein thrombosis.Methods Totally 173 cases were collected from January 2011 to December 2013 in our departments. All the patients after the surgery on the third day to use PNS for prevention of deep vein thrombosis, the patients were examined by phlebography and coagulation tests after the informed consent signed, and compared with the literature.Results Of the 173 patients, only 6 cases had deep vein thrombosis, and using Xueshuantong injection thrombus disappeared.Conclusion PNS can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after craniocerebra-l trauma surgery patients, PNS also has a therapeutic effect on deep venous thrombosis.
