目的：了解肇庆市城乡自然人群糖尿病及其危险因素流行现状。方法采用多阶段随机抽样法抽取肇庆市15岁以上居民3617例进行现况调查。结果肇庆市15岁以上自然人群糖尿病、糖耐量受损和空腹血糖受损现患率分别为10.81%、15.51%和7.82%；年龄、性别、糖尿病家族史、血脂异常和代谢综合征为该地区糖尿病的危险因素。结论肇庆市城乡自然人群糖尿病及其患病风险处于较高水平，应针对该地区糖尿病的危险因素和前期人群大力开展个性化和专科相结合的糖尿病防治工作。
목적：료해조경시성향자연인군당뇨병급기위험인소류행현상。방법채용다계단수궤추양법추취조경시15세이상거민3617례진행현황조사。결과조경시15세이상자연인군당뇨병、당내량수손화공복혈당수손현환솔분별위10.81%、15.51%화7.82%；년령、성별、당뇨병가족사、혈지이상화대사종합정위해지구당뇨병적위험인소。결론조경시성향자연인군당뇨병급기환병풍험처우교고수평，응침대해지구당뇨병적위험인소화전기인군대력개전개성화화전과상결합적당뇨병방치공작。
ObjectiveTo investigate the prevalence of diabetes and risk in population of Zhaoqing.Methods A cross-sectional survey was carried out in a cluster sample aged over 15 years with 3617 individuals in Zhaoqing.Results The prevalence of diabetes, IGT and IFG was 10.81%, 15.51% and 7.82%respectively in the population aged over 15 of Zhaoqing. Age,sex,positive diabetes family history, dyslipidemia and metabolic syndrome were risk factors of diabetes in this region.Conclusions The prevalence of diabetes and its risk has reached a high level in Zhaoqing. We should be aimed at risk factors of diabetes and prediabetes population, developing prevention and control work individuately andspecially.
