目的：探究无张力疝修补术和传统疝修补术用于腹股沟疝患者的疗效对比。方法研究对象选取为2011年1月至2013年12月我院收治的60例腹股沟疝患者，按照手术方案不同分为两组，对照组30例患者采用传统疝修补术治疗，观察组30例患者则采用无张力疝修补术治疗，术后随访6个月，统计对比两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术后下床时间、术后并发症及复发情况。结果观察组患者的手术时间、住院时间及术后下床时间均显著低于对照组，术后并发症及随访期间的复发率同样显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效确切，相较于传统疝修补术具有手术损伤小、术后恢复快、并发症少、复发率低的优点，值得在临床上推广和应用。
목적：탐구무장력산수보술화전통산수보술용우복고구산환자적료효대비。방법연구대상선취위2011년1월지2013년12월아원수치적60례복고구산환자，안조수술방안불동분위량조，대조조30례환자채용전통산수보술치료，관찰조30례환자칙채용무장력산수보술치료，술후수방6개월，통계대비량조환자적수술시간、주원시간、술후하상시간、술후병발증급복발정황。결과관찰조환자적수술시간、주원시간급술후하상시간균현저저우대조조，술후병발증급수방기간적복발솔동양현저저우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론무장력산수보술치료복고구산적료효학절，상교우전통산수보술구유수술손상소、술후회복쾌、병발증소、복발솔저적우점，치득재림상상추엄화응용。
Objective To explore the tension-free hernioplasty and traditional hernioplasty for inguinal hernia patients curative effect contrast.Methods The study selected 60 patients with inguinal hernia is from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital, in accordance with the scheme of operation were divided into two groups, the control group using the traditional hernia repair in 30 cases, the observation group of 30 patients with tension free hernioplasty treatment, patients were followed up for 6 months, operation time, statistics comparing the two groups of patients with postoperative hospitalization time, bed time, postoperative complications and recurrence.Results The observation group operation time, hospitalization time and postoperative time were significantly lower than those in the control group during the follow-up, complications and the recurrence rate is also significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of tension free hernioplasty for inguinal hernia is exact, compared with the traditional hernia repair with operation little trauma, faster postoperative recovery, less complications, low recurrence rate advantages, is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
