微小RNAs(microRNAs, miRNAs)是一类广泛存在于真核生物中的小分子非编码RNA,长度约为20~22纳特斯拉,其在转录后水平通过降解靶mRNA或抑制其表达。MiRNA-149作为microRNA的家族成员之一,在多种疾病中的不同作用机制以及表达水平差异引起广大学者的关注与研究,已成为miRNA领域的研究热点。

MicroRNAs was seen to play a role in a variety of cancer occurrence and development and a series of biological process as post transcriptional regulation. So far, many studies suggest that the expression of miRNA in various of tumors are different, disorganized miRNAs expressed by acting oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes roles, involved in tumorigenesis, development, invasion and metastasis. In addition, the existence of single nucleotide polymorphism of the miRNAs plays a significant effect in its function, and is closely related to the cancer risk and progress of tumor cells. This article sums up the recent reports, both internal and external, in research on miRNA-149 in human carcinomas.
