目的:探讨依达拉奉对小鼠脑损伤后脑功能的保护机理。方法:取健康小鼠40只,制作脑损伤模型,将小鼠分为实验组、对照组,每组各20只,实验组给予依达拉奉药物治疗,对照组给予等量的生理盐水。在相同条件下培养,测定并比较两组SOD、MAD等指标。结果:实验组建模后身体指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的SOD、MAD和S-100蛋白指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:依达拉奉对于保护小鼠脑功能、避免大脑血塞具有促进作用,值得在临床上推广应用。

목적:탐토의체랍봉대소서뇌손상후뇌공능적보호궤리。방법:취건강소서40지,제작뇌손상모형,장소서분위실험조、대조조,매조각20지,실험조급여의체랍봉약물치료,대조조급여등량적생리염수。재상동조건하배양,측정병비교량조SOD、MAD등지표。결과:실험조건모후신체지표명현우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);실험조적SOD、MAD화S-100단백지표균우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),구유통계학의의。결론:의체랍봉대우보호소서뇌공능、피면대뇌혈새구유촉진작용,치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the protection mechanism and application of the edaravone in the related brain function of the mice, after whose brain was injured.Method:40 healthy mice were maed into brain injure model and divided into experimental group and control group, each group 20, experimental group were given edaravone treatment, control group given the same amount of saline.SOD and MAD of two gruoups were measured and compared. Result:The experimental group’s body indexes were better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); the experiment group’s of SOD, MAD and S-100 protein index were better than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Edaravone have a large role in protecting mouse brain function and avoiding brain injure,worthy of clinical application.
