目的:讨论应用引导式教育对小儿脑瘫患者进行康复治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2011年9月-2013年8月本院收治的100例脑瘫患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例,其中对照组采用常规康复训练手段,观察组在对照组的基础上实施引导式教育,观察两组患儿的临床效果。结果:对照组总有效率为72.0%,显效率为56.0%;观察组总有效率为94.0%,显效率为70.0%。观察组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于小儿脑瘫患者来说,应用引导式教育具备着显著的临床效果,值得在临床治疗中进行推广应用。

목적:토론응용인도식교육대소인뇌탄환자진행강복치료적림상효과。방법:선취2011년9월-2013년8월본원수치적100례뇌탄환인,안수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조각50례,기중대조조채용상규강복훈련수단,관찰조재대조조적기출상실시인도식교육,관찰량조환인적림상효과。결과:대조조총유효솔위72.0%,현효솔위56.0%;관찰조총유효솔위94.0%,현효솔위70.0%。관찰조적림상료효명현고우대조조,차이유통계학학의의(P<0.05)。결론:대우소인뇌탄환자래설,응용인도식교육구비착현저적림상효과,치득재림상치료중진행추엄응용。
Objective:To discuss the clinical application effect of conductive education rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy patients.Method:100 children with cerebral palsy were selected in our hospital from September 2011 to August 2013, they were randomly divided into the observation group (n=50) and the control group (n=50), the control group only with routine rehabilitation training method, and the observation group in the context of the implementation of guidance education, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Result:The total efficiency was 72.0%, markedly effective rate was 56% in the control group; while the observation group with total efficiency of 94.0%, markedly effective rate was 70.0%, the nursing effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with cerebral palsy patients,application of guided education has significant clinical effect,which is worth being popularized in clinical treatment.
