乳腺结构紊乱是乳腺疾病常见的影像学改变，是指乳腺癌演变过程中的各个阶段，而乳腺癌是危害妇女健康的主要肿瘤之一，如何有效地预防和治疗乳腺癌一直是广大医学工作者的研究目标。通过免疫组化法检测PAK4在各种乳腺结构紊乱中的表达，有利于判断乳腺增生到恶变在这一过程中的危险因素及早诊断乳腺癌、为临床指导手术指征等具有重要的理论和实践价值。
