目的：探讨护理干预联合动态血糖仪对老年糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗患者中的影响。方法：选取老年糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗患者89例，随机将其分为两组，观察组45例，采用护理干预联合动态血糖仪监测，对照组44例，采用常规护理联合动态血糖仪监测，比较两组患者血糖控制效果和护理质量的差异。结果：与对照组比较，观察组患者空腹血糖水平、餐后2h血糖水平、血糖控制理想时间、胰岛素用药剂量和平均血糖漂移度均明显降低，遵医行为依从程度评分和护理满意率明显增高，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：护理干预联合动态血糖仪有助于老年糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗患者的血糖控制，提高遵医行为依从程度和护理质量。
목적：탐토호리간예연합동태혈당의대노년당뇨병이도소빙치료환자중적영향。방법：선취노년당뇨병이도소빙치료환자89례，수궤장기분위량조，관찰조45례，채용호리간예연합동태혈당의감측，대조조44례，채용상규호리연합동태혈당의감측，비교량조환자혈당공제효과화호리질량적차이。결과：여대조조비교，관찰조환자공복혈당수평、찬후2h혈당수평、혈당공제이상시간、이도소용약제량화평균혈당표이도균명현강저，준의행위의종정도평분화호리만의솔명현증고，량조비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：호리간예연합동태혈당의유조우노년당뇨병이도소빙치료환자적혈당공제，제고준의행위의종정도화호리질량。
Objective:To investigate impact of the nursing intervention combined with dynamic blood glucose meter on elderly patients with diabetes insulin pump therapy.Method:89 elderly patients with diabetes insulin pump therapy,and were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group of 45 cases were used the nursing intervention combined with dynamic blood sugar monitoring instrument,the control group of 44 cases were given routine nursing combined with continuous glucose monitoring instrument,the quality of blood glucose control and nursing care were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with control group,blood glucose levels,control time,insulin dosage and drift scale of observation group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compliance behavior compliance score and nursing satisfactory rate were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention combined dynamic blood glucose meter help elderly patients with diabetes insulin pump therapy,improve compliance behavior and nursing quality.
