目的：探讨老年白内障晶状体上皮细胞（LECs）中caspase-3、Fas/FasL的表达及临床意义。方法：选择老年白内障患者25例为研究对象，并收集10例老年人尸体解剖非白内障眼球为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测各组晶状体前囊膜组织中caspase-3、Fas、FasL的表达。结果：研究组、对照组的LECs中凋亡细胞百分率分别为34.0%、2.0%，研究组凋亡细胞百分率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。研究组LECs中caspase-3、Fas、FasL蛋白的阳性表达率分别为84.0％、60.0%、68.0%，而对照组LECs中caspase-3、Fas、FasL蛋白的阳性表达率为10.0%、10.0%、20.0%，两组caspase-3、Fas、FasL蛋白阳性表达率比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.01）。在25例老年性白内障患者中，LECs凋亡与caspase-3和Fas、FasL表达水平均成正相关的关系（r=0.621、0.583、0.621，P<0.01）。结论：老年性白内障形成过程可能与LECs的凋亡及caspase-3、Fas/FasL的表达调控有关。
목적：탐토노년백내장정상체상피세포（LECs）중caspase-3、Fas/FasL적표체급림상의의。방법：선택노년백내장환자25례위연구대상，병수집10례노년인시체해부비백내장안구위대조조。채용면역조화법검측각조정상체전낭막조직중caspase-3、Fas、FasL적표체。결과：연구조、대조조적LECs중조망세포백분솔분별위34.0%、2.0%，연구조조망세포백분솔현저고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。연구조LECs중caspase-3、Fas、FasL단백적양성표체솔분별위84.0％、60.0%、68.0%，이대조조LECs중caspase-3、Fas、FasL단백적양성표체솔위10.0%、10.0%、20.0%，량조caspase-3、Fas、FasL단백양성표체솔비교차이균유통계학의의（P<0.01）。재25례노년성백내장환자중，LECs조망여caspase-3화Fas、FasL표체수평균성정상관적관계（r=0.621、0.583、0.621，P<0.01）。결론：노년성백내장형성과정가능여LECs적조망급caspase-3、Fas/FasL적표체조공유관。
Objective:To investigate the apoptosis and expression of caspase-3,Fas,FasL in lens epithelial cells of the age-related cataract.Method:25 cases with age-related cataract(study group)and 10 normal controls(control group)were collected.The expressions of caspase-3,Fas,FasL in LECs were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Result:The apoptosis rates of study group,control group were 34.0%,2.0%.The apoptosis rates of study group were higher than those of control group.The expression of caspase-3,Fas,FasL in LECs of study group were 84.0%,60.0%, 68.0%.The expression of caspase-3,Fas,FasL in LECs of control group were 10.0%,10.0%,20.0%.There were significant difference in the expression of caspase-3,Fas,FasL of two groups(P<0.01).It showed a positive correlation with the percentage of apoptotic cells(r=0.621,0.583,0.621,P<0.01).Conclusion:The apoptosis of LECs and expressions of caspase-3,Fas,FasL were related to pathogenesis of age-related cataract.
