目的：探讨内镜止血在急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年6月-2014年6月本院收治的68例急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者，随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组34例，对照组给予常规内科止血治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予内镜止血治疗。比较两组的止血成功率、住院时间、出血停止时间、肠鸣音恢复时间。结果：观察组止血成功率（94.1%）高于对照组（61.8%），比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组住院时间、出血停止时间、肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血采取内镜止血治疗方法操作简单、止血效果显著，安全可靠，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토내경지혈재급성비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈치료중적림상료효。방법：선취2013년6월-2014년6월본원수치적68례급성비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈환자，수궤수자표법분위대조조화관찰조，매조34례，대조조급여상규내과지혈치료，관찰조재대조조적기출상급여내경지혈치료。비교량조적지혈성공솔、주원시간、출혈정지시간、장명음회복시간。결과：관찰조지혈성공솔（94.1%）고우대조조（61.8%），비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。관찰조주원시간、출혈정지시간、장명음회복시간단우대조조，비교차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：급성비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈채취내경지혈치료방법조작간단、지혈효과현저，안전가고，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of therapeutic endoscopy for acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Method:From June 2013 to June 2014 of our hospital,68 acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group contained 34 cases. The control group received conventional medical treatment,while observation group received endoscopic hemostasis. Rate of hemostatic success,hospital stay,time to stop bleeding,bowel sounds recovery time was compared. Result:Rate of hemostatic success of the observation group(94.1%)was higher than that of the control group(61.8%), with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Hospital stay,time to stop bleeding,bowel sounds recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:Endoscopic hemostasis is an efficient,safe,useful and convenient way to the therapy of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and worthy of wider application.
