目的:观察热敏灸治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合有关诊断标准的功能性便秘患者随机纳入治疗组行热敏灸治疗,对照组行(针刺治疗,每组各30例。观察两组患者治疗前、后主要症状的变化,并判定其疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为83.33%,明显优于对照组66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床症状改善方面,对排便次数、大便干结、排便困难、腹部胀痛、抑郁或焦虑、胸胁痞满等,治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热敏灸治疗功能性便秘疗效显著,可作为一种新方法而推广应用。

목적:관찰열민구치료공능성편비적림상료효。방법:장60례부합유관진단표준적공능성편비환자수궤납입치료조행열민구치료,대조조행(침자치료,매조각30례。관찰량조환자치료전、후주요증상적변화,병판정기료효。결과:치료조총유효솔위83.33%,명현우우대조조66.67%,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。재림상증상개선방면,대배편차수、대편간결、배편곤난、복부창통、억욱혹초필、흉협비만등,치료조균우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:열민구치료공능성편비료효현저,가작위일충신방법이추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of thermal moxibustion in the treatment of functional constipation. Method:The 60 cases of patients with functional constipation of the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(thermal moxibustion group)and control group(acupuncture treatment),each group had 30 cases. To observed the changes of the main symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment,and to determined its effect.Result:Treatment group total effectiveness was 83.33%,the control group total effectiveness was 66.67%.The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On improving defecation frequency,dry stool,constipation,abdominal pain,depression or anxiety,fullness in chest and hypochondrium clinical symptoms,the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effect of thermal moxibustion treatment of functional constipation is significant,can be used as a new method and application.
