边检职业文化指的是出入境边防检查人员在长期的出入境边防检查工作中,所形成的一切思想、作风、价值观念和行为规则。以人为本的边检职业文化,就是在这种职业文化中,将边检人自我实现的需求摆在职业文化建设的首位,针对个体差异和个体发展等不同需求,为每个成员创造良好的成长环境和提供终生服务,挖掘其自身最大潜力,发挥主观能动性,达到自我实现。这种自我实现的终极目标,不仅能够保证工作任务的高效完成,同时又能营造一种尊重人、团结人与宽松和谐的人性化氛围,改善工作环境,实现每个边检人不再被动接受工作制度的约束,而是自觉自愿、乐观开放地完成每一次出入境边防检查勤务,打造好国门卫士良好形象,使边检机构的完美服务成为公共服务的样板。本文对什么是人本边检职业文化,人本边检职业文化对边检队伍建设的影响,人本边检职业文化的构建等进行了较为细致的阐述。
