目的：探讨雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的160例萎缩性阴道炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组均80例，对照组给予雌激素治疗，观察组给予雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗，观察两组治疗效果、患者阴道改善情况、子宫内膜厚度以及药物不良反应情况。结果治疗后，观察组疗效明显优于对照组，且治疗前后两组患者阴道改善情况均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；用药过程中，两组患者药物不良反应发生率无明显差异（P＞0.05）结论雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎疗效确切，安全可靠，值得临床应用推广。
목적：탐토자격소연합갑초서치료위축성음도염적림상료효。방법선취아원수치적160례위축성음도염환자，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조균80례，대조조급여자격소치료，관찰조급여자격소연합갑초서치료，관찰량조치료효과、환자음도개선정황、자궁내막후도이급약물불량반응정황。결과치료후，관찰조료효명현우우대조조，차치료전후량조환자음도개선정황균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；용약과정중，량조환자약물불량반응발생솔무명현차이（P＞0.05）결론자격소연합갑초서치료위축성음도염료효학절，안전가고，치득림상응용추엄。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of estrogen combined with metronidazole treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods:Choose our hospital 180 cases of atrophic vaginitis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group were 80 cases.The control group received estrogen treatment, observation group received estrogen combined with metronidazole therapy.Therapeutic ef-fects were observed in patients vaginal improve the situation, endometrial thickness and adverse drug reactions. Results:After treatment, the effi-cacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, and the two groups of patients before and after treatment of vaginal improvement was statistically significant (P<0.05);In the course of medication,two groups of patients the incidence of adverse drug reactions was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion:Estrogen combined with metronidazole treatment of atrophic vaginitis is effective, safe and reli-able, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
