目的:探讨护理实习带教小组在骨科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院112名护理实习生作为本次的研究对象,以护理实习生自愿原则为依据将112例护理实习生平均分为两组,其中观察组56例,采用护理实习带教小组方式进行管理,对照组56例,仅采用常规一对一带教模式进行带教,对两组护理实习生的护理管理效果进行对比分析。结果观察组56名护理实习生的护理考试成绩及带教老师的综合满意度均明显优于对照组(p<0.05);观察组护理实习生无护理投诉事件发生,其护理缺陷率为1.8%,对照组护理实习生的护理投诉率及护理缺陷率分别为10.7%,16.1%,观察组均明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论将护理实习带教小组应用于骨科护理管理中可有效的提高护理教学质量,减少护理投诉及护理缺陷现象发生,有较高的应用价值,应得到更大范围的推广应用。

[Objective]To investigate the nursing teaching team application results in orthopedic care management. Methods:112 hospital nursing interns as the object of this study, the principle of voluntary interns nursing care based on the 112 cases were divided into two groups of interns, including the observation group 56 cases, the use of nursing teaching small groups management, control group 56 cases, the use of only one teaching mode conventional teaching, nursing care and effective management trainee groups were compared. Results: The study group 56 nursing care intern exam and overall satisfaction with a teacher were significantly better than the control group (p<0.05);intern without nursing care and observa-tion group complaints incident, which was 1.8 nursing defects complaint rate and nursing care defect rate%in the control group were nursing in-terns for 10.7%, 16.1%in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion:The nursing teaching ap-plies to orthopedic nursing management team can effectively improve teaching quality of care, reduce complaints and nursing care defect occurs, there is a higher value, should get a wider range of application.
