目的：对整体护理在股骨干骨折患者护理中的应用效果进行研究。方法从我院股骨干骨折患者中选取84例，并分为治疗组和对照组，均为42例，对两组患者临床护理措施展开对比分析。结果治疗组患者对护理总满意度高达95.24%，并发症发生率仅为4.76%，对照组患者对护理总满意度高达76.19%，并发症发生率仅为21.43%。对两组患者对护理总满意度和并发症发生率展开对比分析，P＜0.05。结论在股骨干骨折患者护理中整体护理措施具有良好作用。

목적：대정체호리재고골간골절환자호리중적응용효과진행연구。방법종아원고골간골절환자중선취84례，병분위치료조화대조조，균위42례，대량조환자림상호리조시전개대비분석。결과치료조환자대호리총만의도고체95.24%，병발증발생솔부위4.76%，대조조환자대호리총만의도고체76.19%，병발증발생솔부위21.43%。대량조환자대호리총만의도화병발증발생솔전개대비분석，P＜0.05。결론재고골간골절환자호리중정체호리조시구유량호작용。
Objective:To study the effect of application of holistic nursing care of fractures in nursing of patients with femoral shaft. Methods:84 cases selected from our hospital in patients with femoral shaft fracture, and divided into treatment group and control group, were 42 cases, com-parative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical nursing measures. Results:the patients in the treatment group the total satisfaction of nurs-ing care of up to 95.24%, the complication rate was only 4.76%, patients in the control group on nursing satisfaction as high as 76.19%, the com-plication rate was only 21.43%. Two groups of patients for nursing satisfaction and complication rates make comparative analysis, P<0.05. Con-clusion:the whole nursing measures for patients with femoral shaft fracture with good effect in nursing.
